A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for managing financial transactions and supporting the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

Process financial transactions and analyze incoming expense details with accuracy

Maintain vendor records, financial transaction details, and monthly accrual support

Assist with payroll data organization and manage vendor and payroll inquiries

Required Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field

Prefer experience with Sage 100 or Sage Intacct software

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and Accounts Payable principles

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications
