The Dentist Sourcer plays a critical role in driving our monthly hiring goals by identifying, engaging, and nurturing dentist talent, especially in competitive and hard-to-fill markets. This role partners closely with Dentist Recruiters, Regional Clinical Directors, and Operations Leaders to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates ready to interview.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Proactively source Dentists, Specialists, and New Grads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Indeed Resume Search, ZoomInfo, iCIMS CRM, university databases, professional associations, and networking events.

Build strong Evergreen pipelines for future needs in priority markets.

Develop outreach strategies that reflect 42 North’s value proposition, brand, and TRUE values.

Maintain and continuously refresh talent pools to ensure a steady, reliable funnel.

Conduct initial outreach and warm introductions to capture candidate interest and schedule recruiter intake conversations.

Deliver a white-glove candidate experience by responding quickly, sharing role details, and nurturing passive candidates.

Gather key information (location preferences, comp expectations, timing, specialty interest) prior to recruiter handoff.

Partner with Dentist Recruiters to prioritize markets and adjust sourcing strategies to meet monthly hiring goals.

Assist with outreach for events, dental industry functions, DMD school visits, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in professional sourcing / recruitment role
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Experience working effectively with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Willingness to travel as required
• Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strong research skills and comfort working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM platforms, ZoomInfo, and social channels.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with passive candidates.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter who thrives in a metrics-driven culture.

Compensation :

Commensurate with experience. Compensation package including base salary and benefits.
