We’re seeking an Executive & Equity Compensation Manager to help shape the future of our compensation strategy and elevate Anduril to new heights. This role is essential for supporting Anduril’s continued hyper‑growth.

What You’ll Do

• You will drive Anduril’s success by bringing your compensation expertise to our leadership team and helping us scale.
• Utilize and combine your prior high‑growth company experience, quantitative rigor, business mindset, and communication skills to serve as a strategic advisor to our People Business Partners.
• Lead equity compensation programs and projects, enabling Anduril to scale its People infrastructure.
• Support activities associated with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including analysis and recommendations related to executive compensation, meeting updates, and other projects as assigned by the Committee and / or executive management as we prepare for IPO.
• Lead employee and board equity administration, including developing and maintaining program materials.
• Stay current on executive & equity pay trends, governance guidelines, and disclosure best practices including stock grant reports and equity redesign modeling.
• Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams throughout annual and mid‑year compensation planning cycles.
• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation, aligned with organizational strategy and market trends.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues, support strategic decision‑making, and drive the implementation of compensation initiatives across the organization.
• Lead change management and communications of compensation practices with managers, team members, and across the People Team.
• Build strong partnerships with the Stock Admin, People Business Partner, Talent, Legal, Stock, Finance and Accounting teams as well as our third‑party vendors.
• Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems.
• Work closely with and interrogate compensation data to form data‑driven guidance to People Business Partners and Leaders.
• Be a proactive motivated problem solver; offering to fill skill gaps and offer solutions; we’d rather tell you to slow down than accelerate.

$166,000—$220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
