The Role
Flourish is hiring a Founding Lead Teacher to launch and lead our next microschool in Nashville. This is a hands‑on teaching and leadership role where you’ll :
From Year 2, you’ll have the opportunity to launch and own your own Flourish school, with equity, operational autonomy, and national network support.
