Job / Company Overview :

Thank you for your interest in joining our team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) . These roles are vital to our mission of providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with exceptional needs. As an RBT , you will work directly with clients implementing behavior reduction protocols and clinical skills instruction. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
• Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure their safety and well-being
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
• Document service activities and complete required paperwork promptly
• For RBT 2-3 : Mentor junior staff, assist in team leadership, and participate in program development
