Senior Accounting Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and complete close related tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance commentary

Manage GAAP and Statutory accounting and reporting, including preparation of regulated filings

Support and manage external audits and lead various ad hoc accounting projects

Required Qualifications

BA / BS in Accounting or similar training

Prior experience in finance, accounting, or insurance is a plus

Ability to analyze large amounts of data in various formats

Understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements

Highly motivated, inquisitive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
