Position Summary :

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills through personalized therapy plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients on proper use.
  • Educate families and employers on patient care and accommodations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and supervise support staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Requirements :

  • Master's degree in occupational therapy (ACOTE accredited).
  • Valid Florida OT license.
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.
  • Strong communication, compassion, and adaptability.
