Job Description Summary

Enhance the Masters of Real Estate program with projects and promotions

Responsibilities

• Answering office phones and greeting visitors
• Providing campus tours as needed
• Directing students to appropriate resources
• Conducting student outreach and engagement
• Performing office tasks such as filing, photocopying, mailing, and printing
• Supporting events with setup, registration, and takedown
• Compiling informational materials and wrapping promotional items
• Assisting with other duties and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

Fully knowledgeable about the job; be able to handle responsibilities independently and effectively. Possess undergraduate degree in similar and / or related field.

Desired Qualifications

Previous work in customer service, higher education, or general office

Working knowledge of Chapman University's colleges, schools, and departments

Working knowledge of campus resources

A positive attitude, professionalism, and flexibility
