Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project requirements.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop accurate budgets and proposals.

Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and construction methods.

Review and evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client expectations.

Provide ongoing support during the project lifecycle, including budget adjustments as needed.
