A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Set the Salesforce roadmap and prioritize an enhancement backlog aligned to program and operations goals
Design data models, security, and sharing architecture while planning integration patterns across various tools
Configure apps, manage data quality, and provide tier-2 support while delivering training and coaching for users
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on build and delivery
Proven experience in designing data / automation architectures and integrating adjacent tools
Strong requirements gathering and systems thinking abilities
Understanding of Non-Profit usage and viewpoints for CRM systems based on grant compliance
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred; familiarity with DevOps Center and basic API concepts is a plus
