Key Responsibilities
Support execution of the global sales enablement strategy aligned with sales objectives
Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences and manage readiness milestones for new sellers
Create and maintain sales collateral and training content in collaboration with various teams
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related functions
Experience in building or delivering onboarding and training programs for sales roles
Hands-on expertise with sales tools such as Salesforce and Highspot
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
