Description

KeystoneCare is looking for dedicated and compassionate Caregivers ( CNA or Home Health Aids) to provide private duty care in the Chesnut Hill area. As a Caregiver you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their daily living activities and providing emotional support to help them maintain a fulfilling lifestyle in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and will be able to work with clients who may have varying needs including personal hygiene assistance companionship meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Schedule : 11 : 00 pm to 05 : 00 am
• Area : Chesnut Hill PA
• Responsibilities
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene dressing and grooming.
• Monitoring clients health and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
• Preparing meals and assisting clients with eating.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation including helping clients move between locations.
• Accompanying clients on outings and medical appointments as needed.
• Documenting care provided and maintaining accurate records.
