RPS Senior Retirement Specialist
The RPS Senior Retirement Specialist is a client-facing role responsible for helping manage and service retirement plan relationships. This role is part of the RPS Product team and will be responsible for overseeing defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plan clients that reside on our trust platform. The Senior Retirement Plan Specialist will also be responsible for overseeing operational aspects, such as ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with ERISA and their governing document. This role will collaborate with business partners across the organization to help document processes and implement ideas that produce a better client experience overall while driving internal benefits and efficiencies.
The annual salary range for this position is $51,700 - $101,500. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
Key Accountabilities :
- Serve as Relationship Manager for retirement clients where Old National Bank serves as trustee / custodian for ERISA governed retirement plans, researching and responding to inquiries about their account.
- Provide service to clients in accordance with our service model, legal governing documents, as well as ERISA (and other regulatory requirements)
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, wealth advisors, and other business partners as needed to ensure a positive client experience
- Assist with the day-to-day experience for retirement plan clients, including problem resolution, client service standards, interaction with recordkeepers, actuaries, and third party consultants as needed.
- Be a technical resource for retirement plan business which resides on our custodial platform, with a specific expertise in Pensions, Defined benefit, Taft Hartley plans, etc.
- Provide input and execute on the business plan as established for the RPS trust / custodied business.
- Develop and create client presentation materials for prospective and existing clients as needed
- Lead assigned projects related to enhancing our product offering and improving the efficiency of our service delivery model.
- Assist with responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for existing / prospective clients
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs to benchmark providers, services and fees on behalf of existing clients.
- Lead efforts related to the overall strategy of RPS 'bankside' business
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and other business partners on the servicing of
- Facilitate Fiduciary and Regulatory reporting requirements
