Job Summary :

We're in an exciting phase of hypergrowth and we are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, providing top-tier customer service and support to our clients and sales team alike. You'll use your deep understanding of our products and services to respond to customer inquiries, solve problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.

As a key part of our customer experience team, you'll help strengthen existing relationships, support new business, and play a vital role in delivering a seamless experience that drives long-term growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA.

Core Work Hours : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities :

• Act as the go-to coordinator for some of the biggest names in grocery retail, making sure everything runs smoothly from PO to delivery
• Keep a close eye on purchase order flow and fill rates, making sure orders are accurate, on time, and fully communicated
• Track and manage orders daily, staying ahead of delays or issues and keeping both customers and internal teams in the loop
• Work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless execution of POs and real-time load tracking
• Maintain detailed, organized records that help keep everyone aligned and accountable
• Pull and analyze data, create reports, and surface insights that drive smarter decisions
