ADP Technology Services, Inc. is hiring Senior Application Developers in our San Dimas, CA location.

  • Variety of work. There is no typical day.  You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments.

  • Responsibilities . Responsible for participating in various aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Collaborate with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures to align with business objectives while designing, developing, testing, and refining software deliverables. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications to ensure optimal performance and compliance with project requirements.

    • TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE :

  • Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include : Product Management; Java; J2EE; JMS; SOA; OOAD; OOP; JEE design; Eclipse IDE or similar; Server-side application frameworks, including JSP, Servlet and Spring; ORMs, including Hibernate; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON and XML; Unit testing frameworks, including Junit and Jest; SQL Data Store – Oracle; AWS Cloud - S3 / SQS / SNS; System Design / Design Pattern / Retry Mechanisms / Rate Limiting; and Security - OAuth 2.0 / Spring Security.
