    The Company is seeking a Vice President - Corporate Mortgage Finance RM to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the growth and account management of the Corporate Mortgage Finance Group, with a focus on originating, managing, and growing a commercial loan portfolio. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in commercial business development and relationship management, particularly in the residential mortgage industry. The VP will be responsible for delivering on business development goals, supporting deal flow, and ensuring the seamless delivery of the company's products and services to meet client needs. Collaboration with internal teams and a strong ability to negotiate and communicate are essential. Applicants for the Vice President - Corporate Mortgage Finance RM position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of industry-equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in commercial lending and a strong background in business development. The role demands a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a network of relationships within the middle market independent mortgage banking sector. Responsibilities include credit performance management, risk oversight, and the ability to analyze financial statements to make sound credit decisions.
