What You’ll Do

As an Escrow Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in making sure each transaction runs like clockwork. You’ll be the right hand to an experienced Escrow Officer, helping to keep clients informed, documents accurate, and deadlines met. Think of yourself as part problem-solver, part organizer, and part client ambassador.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Supporting the Process : Assist with opening and closing escrows, preparing files, and making sure all paperwork is in perfect order.
• Managing Details : Review contracts, gather signatures, and verify accuracy in every document.
• Client Communication : Keep real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers in the loop with clear updates and friendly professionalism.
• File Coordination : Track deadlines, request missing information, and ensure files move smoothly from start to finish.
• Team Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with your Escrow Officer and teammates to deliver seamless, successful closings.
