We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Utah. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, mentoring ABA staff, and partnering with families to make meaningful, lasting change in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Assessments : Evaluate clients' needs to develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Design ABA Programs : Create and update behavior intervention plans and teaching strategies based on client progress.
• Supervise and Train : Provide guidance, training, and supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate : Partner with families and team members to ensure a unified approach to client care.
• Monitor Progress : Lead regular treatment team meetings and make data-informed adjustments to programming.
• Review Clinical Data : Maintain high standards of care through consistent review of session notes and data.
