LPN / RN - School Pediatric Individual Care Nurse :

Caring and Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide nursing care for a child during transport to and from school and while at school

Hiring for the 2025 -2026 School Year

• Hourly Pay : $32.50 - $42.00 based on classification and acuity level of care
• Schedule : Monday - Friday on school days and based on transportation pick up and drop off
• Great Work Life Balance : Off Holidays, Weekends, and Class Breaks!
• Nursing Duties : Based on the individual care plan, which can include Trach Care, G-Tube Feeding, Monitor for Seizures, and ADL's.
