Overview
The Program Manager I, Patient Experience provides support for initiatives and established programs on the Patient Experience team in the department of Quality and Patient Safety. This role contributes to the success of patient experience programs by executing key tasks, ensuring that activities are completed on time and managing projects in alignment with program goals. The Program Manager I maintains program quality, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires program and project management skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, resourcefulness, professional maturity, and analytic ability. The Program Manager I, Patient Experience will work closely with vendors and clinical and operational staff throughout the organization for the purposes of providing insights and improvement of the patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring a high quality, equitable experience for patients, families, and caregivers as well as clinicians and staff. This role reports to the Associate Director of Patient Experience.
The Program Manager I is responsible for the execution and management of programs that contribute to departmental or cross-departmental objectives. This role involves managing project activities, coordinating timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate program success and address any operational challenges. Focuses on aligning projects within the program to achieve broader departmental goals.

This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Brookline, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).
