Job Title : Creative Project Manager

Job Category : Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Location : 100% work-from-home

Job Schedule : Mondays through Fridays, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Eastern Time

The Opportunity :

Imagine leading creative projects for a premier eCommerce growth marketing firm that partners with over 250 top consumer brands. As a Creative Project Manager, you will coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence. Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing. Your ability to translate client needs into actionable tasks and build strong client relationships will be essential in guiding clients through successful creative projects, ensuring their digital storefronts thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Your Mission :

  • Client Liaison : Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements
  • Project Organizer : Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
  • Task Translator : Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
  • Workflow Collaborator : Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
  • Deadline Driver : Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards

Who You Are :

  • Creative Project Specialist : Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity
  • Organized Communicator : Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks
  • Proficient in Tools : Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms
  • Client-Centric Professional : Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Multi-Project Manager : Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency
