Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a customer success team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client success metrics
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer retention and drive growth, identifying upselling opportunities
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success, providing insights to the executive team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of account / client management and customer success experience in a client-facing role
7+ years of experience leading and building high-performing customer success teams
5+ years of digital marketing experience required
8+ years of experience with CRM tools and Microsoft or Google Office Suite of products
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
