A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead a team in sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop team members, including conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment
Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage strategy execution at local and regional levels
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while managing supplier performance and certification processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred certifications include C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced math skills for financial-related calculations
