Average daily encounters : 5 Pediatric Hospitalist shifts are 12 hours in house Responsibilities include admission & discharge, patient rounding, and general Pediatric care Pediatric services available : Allergy / immunology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General pediatrics, Hematology / Oncology, Infectious disease, Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology (ENT), Pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), Surgery, Urology Excellent nursing staff, therapists, technicians, and ancillary staff Adventist Health White Memorial provides the opportunity to teach in the Family Practice Residency Program Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $121 / hour to $255 / hour PLUS comprehensive USCAS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $150 / hour to $270 / hour
