Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire)

Location : Fort Wayne, IN

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Pay : $20 / hour

Type : Temp-to-Hire Assignment

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Complete work orders promptly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
