Manager, GTM Transformation – Global GTM Transformation & M&A

The Global GTM Transformation & M&A team at ServiceNow drives clarity operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making across our global Sales Customer Success and Partner ecosystem. As we continue to scale we are seeking a Manager GTM Transformation who combines strategic thinking with a bias for action  - someone who thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves to make strategy real.

This role offers C-suite visibility and the opportunity to influence the direction of ServiceNows go-to-market organization while helping execute key transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy

• Support and lead portions of strategic projects that shape the future of our go-to-market model.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on GTM performance market trends and sales effectiveness to uncover insights that drive leadership decisions.
• Develop models frameworks and business cases to support high-impact strategic recommendations.

GTM Operational Execution

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Exposure

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $171000 - $299300 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
