Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic-based setting in the Colonial Heights / Chester, VA area.

This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent weekday hours, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment. The RBT will work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and support children’s skill development.

Primary responsibilities include providing 1 : 1 ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collecting and documenting session data, participating in team meetings and supervision, and building positive, supportive relationships with children and families.

Requirements

Active RBT certification (required)

Experience working with children preferred

Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care

Ability to be active, patient, and engaged during sessions

Consistent weekday availability
