A company is looking for a Package Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects

Provide expertise in system configuration, integration, and data migration

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 3 years in a technical lead role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are highly desirable

Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST / SOAP APIs

Strong understanding of data migration and reporting tools
