Experienced Leasing Consultant – Contract / Temp Assignment

Location : Tampa, FL

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Schedule : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Weekend availability required

Join a dynamic property team and help prospective residents find their perfect home! As an Experienced Leasing Consultant , you’ll provide exceptional customer service, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and utilize property management software to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing options
• Process applications and verify qualifications
• Utilize property management software for data entry
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
