T&M Associates is excited to welcome a highly motivated Senior Software Developer to our growing Technology Department. This is a HYBRID opportunity with 3 required in office days each week. A person in this role could support at any of our 3 office locations in Pennsylvania - Philadelphia, King of Prussia or Bethlehem. We're looking for someone who's eager to contribute, collaborate, and grow with us as we continue expanding our digital capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop software applications that align with business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and offer technical leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications :

T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $104,500 - $135,000 . The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
