[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred in outside sales Ideally 5+ years of outside sales and / or territory management in the commercial electrical space Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office in the sales region and travel 50-60% within the region; regular overnight trips expected due to the sizeable region. What You Will Experience In This Position :
- Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical (CCI) and Gardner Bender business in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and the Western Pennsylvania region by successfully converting new business, primarily from projects and new product sales
- Actively lead sales agents, setting goals with territory strategy
- Build relationships across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners
- Provide expertise in the use of products and coordinate training of key contractors
- Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting our benefits and value propositions
- Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets
- Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve the solution set and refine the message
- Use Salesforce as a tool to lead the opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally
