Ability to use scanners, RF devices, or WMS systems (preferred but not required). Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, inventory software). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established processes.
Cycle Count / Inventory Control Associate
The Cycle Count / Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies. This role ensures inventory integrity, supports warehouse operations, and helps maintain efficient material flow. The associate will work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management to identify inventory issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies through research and analysis.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, and damaged materials.
- Assist with inventory adjustments and maintain documentation for audits.
- Support physical inventory counts and year-end inventory processes.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure proper product labeling, storage, and handling.
- Assist in locating missing products and resolving inventory-related issues.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Communicate inventory findings, issues.
