The Coach will also support workshops by providing facilitation, peer feedback, and guidance on professional development topics.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct two 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with each program participant.

Deliver feedback on 360-degree assessment results and guide participants in integrating results into their IDPs.

Facilitate discussions and provide peer feedback during six one-day workshops.

Lead book discussions and activities related to assigned reading materials.

ssist in developing and delivering customized content that aligns with the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs).

Provide participants with practical strategies to achieve their development goals.

Contribute to program evaluations and make recommendations for future improvements. Skill set info ICF-certified coach (Client, PCC, or MCC level).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leadership coaching and development.

Familiarity with 360-degree assessments and their application in professional development.

Strong understanding of the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) framework.

Experience facilitating leadership workshops and group discussions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
