About the Role

The Junior Data Entry Officer reports to the Manager of Fundraising Ops and supports the Fundraising Ops team by maintaining accurate donor records and managing communications with donors. You will focus on front-end tasks such as processing donations, uploading coupons, and responding to donor inquiries. By keeping Salesforce data aligned across payment platforms and ensuring every donor feels supported, you will play a key role in the success of CitizenGO's fundraising work.
