The role : Join the commercial vehicle licensing branch of our Commerce and Compliance Division. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for evaluating current program operations, researching trends and making effective recommendations to management. You will develop goals, initiate projects, develop procedural guides, collaborate with staff to identify process issues and develop solutions and perform program reviews to ensure compliance and quality of services within the division. A day in the life :

• Coordinate, compile and analyze business needs and translate into business processes.
• Lead project teams by assigning duties and providing oversight.
• Evaluate projects to ensure results meet the intended goals and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate reports and data requests.
• Coordinate the implementation of section initiatives.
• Collaborate with staff to identify process issues and develop solutions.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure internal and external websites are up-to-date and relevant for intended audiences.
• Perform program reviews to evaluate regulation compliance and quality of service.
• Prepare written summaries of research and analysis results.
• This position works in a typical office environment and may be required to work irregular hours in the event of a system outage.
• Hybrid work options available up to 3 days per week after initial training period.

What's in it for you :

Minimum qualifications : Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification related to data or policy analysis.

OR A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work related to data or policy analysis.
