Murrieta Primary Care Clinic Seeks a Bilingual (not required) Medical Assistant to work in our office located in Murrieta , CA
Candidate will support the Health Care Provider by taking vitals, assisting in medical examinations and all duties that relates being a Medical Assistant. Also with experience in Chronic Care Management
Responsibilities :
Example duties include, but aren't limited to :
- Prepare patients for consult and assist Doctor with the examination and / or procedure
- Takes patient vital signs and obtains patient intake information; Enter vitals to EMR
- Performs clinical procedures such as blood draws, vaccines, nebulizer treatments, ear lavages, or EKGs.
- Perform laboratory and screening tests performed in a medical office such as visual acuity, audiometric screening,
Snellen tests, spirometry tests.
Effectively communicates with patient to determine their needs and provides education and resources.Ensures exam rooms are stocked, cleaned and set up for examinations and procedures as directed by the Doctor.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.4 years in a fast past-pace clinical office environmentKnowledge of medical terminology, medical laboratory procedures and healthcare operations and work flow.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience in using EMR SystemExperience in Chronic Care ManagementAdministrative Duties :
