A company is looking for a Level 1 Incentive Program Partner to provide foundational support for marketing programs and customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate timely responses to correspondence and inquiries in the online ticketing system
Assist in managing business application reports and maintain Help Documents
Provide updates on customer inquiries and route rebate questions to appropriate analysts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 - 2 years of customer service experience
Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work within a team environment
Experience in problem resolution with manager oversight
