Asphalt Manager – Leadership Opportunity with a Growing Civil Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Manager to oversee all aspects of asphalt operations, including production, paving, quality control, and team management. This is a key leadership role with a respected civil contractor known for infrastructure, roadwork, and site development projects.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and manage asphalt crews and paving operations

Coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment

Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and production goals

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Mentor and develop crew leaders and field staff

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience managing asphalt paving operations

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Knowledge of DOT standards and job cost tracking

Commitment to safety and quality

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
