Shift - M-F 7am-4pm, with possible overtime when HM approves
0-6 months contract with opportunity of possible extension

Construction / Contractor management, mechanical aptitude, ability to read P&ID’s / structural / mechanical / electrical prints
What you’ll do
- Perform mechanical and or electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of all manufacturing and facilities equipment
- Supervise the upgrades / modifications to all equipment in order to maintain an “As New Status”(Includes function and appearance).
- Identify key areas for improvement and execute the corrective action
- Manage and execute small scale equipment & facility projects
- Perform and execute Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Execute equipment startup, equipment support and calibration.
- Supervise contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc) and coordinate mechanical assemblies
- Communicate in timely manor relevant information pertaining specific programs and engineering disciplines.
- Lead FMEAs for equipment upgrades, changes or obsolescence.
- Utilize Root Cause Analysis in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Train / Mentor Maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and problem solving
Who you are
Knowledgeable of engineering principles and common commercial components and the ability to apply them.PLC knowledge and experienceLean experience a plusWorking knowledge of engineering standards and safety codesWorking knowledge of facility related infrastructure, boilers, compressors, etc.Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment and processesWorking knowledge of MS applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.Understanding of AutoCAD use and application, working knowledge a plus.Three to five years of applicable experience in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering disciplines. Or entry level with a Bachelors degree in mechanical, chemical engineering or equivalent experience is required
