[job_card.job_description]Paid sick leave College tuition discounts with select partner schools Ongoing learning and skill development resources Mileage reimbursement for authorized travel Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under BCBA supervision Support skill development based on individualized treatment plans Collect accurate and timely data during sessions Work in varied settings where support is needed - home, community, school, or clinic Apply positive behavior support techniques to promote safe and healthy behavior Encourage and assist caregivers in implementing strategies empowering client success Submit clinical notes and timecards in accordance with company policy Uphold ethical guidelines, professionalism, and confidentiality standards Support new team members with overlaps / shadowing when requested Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to deliver meaningful services High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred Strong communication skills and willingness to learn A heart for helping, patience, and compassion Availability of at least 15 hours / week - afternoon / evening availability required Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license & proof of auto insurance Able to meet evaluation requirements - including background check, TB test, Fit-for-Duty exam, and immunizations (MMR & Varicella) Finds joy in seeing others grow Values teamwork, purpose, and positivity Wants a flexible job that also builds a future career Feels energized by challenges and committed to learning Your journey toward a fulfilling future in behavioral health starts here!
