Pay : Range starts at $19.61 / hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)

Shift Differential : additional $2.25 / hour

Retention Sign-On : $2,000!!

Schedule : Friday-Tuesday (OFF Wed / Thurs) - 4pm-12am (midnight)

Job Summary & Deliverables

The Shift Lead supports unit leadership with the supervision of work activities during assigned shifts. The Shift Lead ensures that employees have the resources and support to perform their jobs successfully. The Shift Lead possesses sufficient knowledge and skill in their respective function and utilizes this knowledge and skill to train, coach, and supervise employees. The Shift Lead actively encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
