Locums NP Need Mobile / Travel NP West LA and Downtown LA

Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a travel position, conducting primary care and follow up visits. You would be responsible for visiting patients in SNFs and patients homes in the West LA and Downtown LA areas.

Details :

Location : Mobile / Travel across West LA and Downtown LA
Schedule : M-F, 8AM 5PM
Start Date : ASAP-12 / 31 / 2025, with strong potential to extend
Patient Volume : 4-8 patients / day. Can be clarified further during interview
Specialty : Primary Care & Geriatrics
EMR : Cerner

Requirements :

Active CA NP license, Board Certification, BLS, and DEA

Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care and / or Geriatrics

Home care / travel experience a huge plus

Compensation :

Pay Rate discussed by phone

100% Malpractice Paid

Paid Weekly

W2 pay with comprehensive benefits included
