Registered Dental Assistant

Love Family Dentistry is a well-established, patient-centered dental practice located in Spokane Valley, Washington. Our team is committed to providing high-quality comprehensive care with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team and support the continued growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with OSHA and WISHA guidelines.
• Obtain high-quality digital radiographs following state and practice standards.
• Accurately document treatment information and update patient records.
• Provide patients with postoperative instructions and reinforce appropriate oral hygiene practices.
• Maintain clinical organization and support workflow throughout the practice.
• Assist with sterilization, operatory turnover, and occasional front-desk support as needed.
• Adhere to all Washington State regulations governing dental assistants.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Dexis) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.

Compensation:
