The Role
Door-to-door commercial prospecting for pressure washing services in East Bay. You generate leads, close deals, and hand off to operations. Account management handled by company - you focus on new business only.
Daily Activity :
Target Markets : Apartments, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, HOAs, municipal facilities, parking garages
Compensation Breakdown
Base : $2,944 / month ($17 / hour × 40 hours / week)
Activity Bonuses (Weekly) :

Average deal size : $3,000 (range : $1,000-$30,000)
Realistic Earnings :

20 estimates / week :
Top Performer (30+ deals / month) :
Based on 25% close rate and $3k average deal size. Higher close rates and larger deals increase earnings significantly.
Daily Routine
Drive to one high-density commercial area, park once, then walk 4-6 hours prospecting 10-15 commercial properties on foot. Commercial properties cluster in business districts - you saturate one area per day.
Mileage reimbursement : Business travel between properties only. Commute to / from work not reimbursed.
