Key Missions

• Begin machine cycles to produce exemplar workpieces and address operational errors swiftly.
• Inspect machined items for compliance with detailed product specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T for strategic machine operation planning.
• Adjust operational parameters for synchronized and efficient machine functions.
• Maintain and replace essential die components to ensure operational integrity.
• Craft and shape metals using advanced forging techniques.
• Precisely position, align, and secure dies for enhanced production outcomes.
• Sharpen tools using high-level grinding procedures.
• Efficiently manage die installation and removal with crane and hand tools.
• Direct metal flows through die series, achieving desired forms.
• Train colleagues to excel in lower classifications.
• Accurately apply gages for optimal production monitoring.
• Conduct thorough routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain commitment to LEAP / 5S, HSE standards.

Essential Qualifications

Competencies

Exemplary in equipment troubleshooting and able to conduct efficient machine setups for successful runs.

Machinery You’ll Master

Skill in operating the Cold Heading Machine and both Hot and Cold Chamber Die Cast Machines is crucial.
