Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration/API Engineer who excels at building robust, scalable integrations across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in API development and event streaming technologies to enable seamless connectivity between ServiceNow, Kafka, and observability pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement API-based integrations between ServiceNow, Kafka, OTEL Collector, and other enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain webhook-driven workflows for real-time event processing and automation.

Engineer and optimize data flows for observability and monitoring pipelines, ensuring reliability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and Shell to support integration and DevOps workflows.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration architectures, API specifications, and operational procedures.

Strong engineering background with experience in API design and integration.

Proficiency in event streaming technologies such as Kafka and observability tools like OTEL Collector.

Advanced scripting skills in Python and Shell; familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhooks.

Understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.

Ability to work independently and deliver complex integration solutions from concept to implementation.
