Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality care to our clients in the Venice area. As a CNA / HHA, you will assist clients with their daily needs, and provide safe, quality care in the comfort of their homes that are located in one location! No driving from house to house!

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse in charge- Administer medication as prescribed by the physician- Follow care plan as directed by the nursing supervisor- Maintain accurate and timely documentation- Ensure a safe environment for the client by using proper body mechanics and infection control techniques- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals- Respond promptly to client calls and emergencies

Requirements :

• Valid CNA or HHA certification or we will train
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Must have strong organizational and time-management skills
