Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections. High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service Willingness to work well in a team environment Ability to quickly and accurately work a register Willingness to work a flexible schedule Previous Furniture industry experience
