How Youll Make an Impact

As the Global Learning Operations and Servicing Manager, youll play a pivotal role in enabling the success of American Expresss Global Colleague and Leadership Development programs. Leading a high-performing, globally dispersed team, you will ensure operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across our learning ecosystem directly influencing how colleagues develop, grow, and thrive at American Express.

• Shape the operational strategy that supports global learning delivery and compliance.
• Strengthen colleague experience through efficient, reliable, and innovative learning operations.
• Build and coach a global team that partners cross-functionally to deliver learning excellence.

Salary Range : $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
