Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support across departments (scheduling, reporting, documentation, logistics).
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor, organize, and update data, files, and shared resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist with onboarding, training logistics, and other employee support tasks.
• Help track and report on project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting communication and knowledge-sharing.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,800 - $92,100.
